In Stock vs. Preorder Products
All products marked “in stock” are currently in-house and will ship within 1 week, UNLESS ordered together with any “preorder” products. The anticipated shipping timeframe for preorders is noted in bold red text on the product pages. If a product or particular size/color/option is "Out of Stock,” that means that we are already sold out—even for newly released preorder products.
Phantom bindings and accessories are available only via our webstore. We do not currently sell to dealers/retailers, but we do offer worldwide shipping options via UPS and USPS. All available shipping options will show at checkout and you will be able to choose whichever option works best for you based on cost and time. Sorry, but we cannot expedite shipping beyond the options presented at checkout.
Our 2018/19 pro purchase program is open to certified splitboard/ski guides and those who are actively pursuing certification. Applicants must provide proof of active membership or enrollment in the Ski Guide Course for this season with one of the following guiding associations: ACMG, AMGA, IFMGA, RMGA, NZMGA or equivalent. We thank you for your understanding if you do not meet these requirements, and hope to expand our pro purchase program as well as offer industry discounts in the future.
We are not currently demoing our bindings. While not the same as demoing for yourself, feel free to write us to request testimonials from riders who have made the switch to the SplitTech System.
NOTE that Ryan (who receives all inquiries sent below) will be traveling internationally from January 21-Feburary 12 with limited access to internet. Responses may be quite delayed.
