Originally from Lake Tahoe, Eric now spends his winters in Revelstoke, searching for the best powder on earth. Guiding professionally since 2007, his passion and expertise for mountaineering and backcountry splitboarding has led him to work as a guide for operations throughout the world. Having guided over eleven heli seasons in Alaska and the past nine Winters working the mechanized aspect in British Columbia, this guy loves snow!! In 2015 Eric became one of the very first to pass the ski exam on a splitboard rendering him an AMGA certified splitboard guide.
Eric is the owner and lead guide at Splitboard Guides International, a human powered guide service operating throughout the Sierra Range and select destinations around the world. SGI is a team of professionally trained and certified guides, who together provide decades of experience and knowledge.
