The world's first tech splitboard bindings.

Born in 2012, Phantom Splitboard Bindings are the first splitboard bindings designed around lightweight alpine touring (AT) ski boots. While the term "hardbooting" is often used to describe the setup, Phantoms are designed to flex, ride and feel like traditional snowboard bindings and perform as well in deep pow conditions as they do during the spring snowboard mountaineering season. Phantom's SplitTech System combines the best tech-style touring equipment with a patented splitboard binding and interface. In tour mode, this equates to greater efficiency, reduced swing weight, confidence when sidehilling and kicking steps, and a more secure method for attaching boot crampons. In ride mode, you can expect a reliable and consistent fit and a powerful connection to the board.

Built for guides, snowboard mountaineers, and anyone looking to charge harder. The SplitTech Revolution has begun.

Phantom Splitboard Bindings will bring to the splitboard/snowboard world what tech bindings brought to the the AT ski world several years ago.

[Phantom Splitboard Bindings] have become the standard in the industry with many world renown guides singing their praises.

Phantoms are really easy to transition... On steeper skin tracks I have better edge control, so I can keep up and not slog so much like when splitboarding in softboots.

After using and testing Phantoms during the last month, in a range of alpine conditions, I can only say that I’m pleased I’ve made the switch... After investing in a new system it is always a relief to know that you made the right decision.
